Conference Room Rental 

With DES's extensive range of office and conference services, we offer many attractive options for your next business seminar, conference or meeting.

Our facilities in downtown Reno, Nevada are a superb venue for seminars, company workshops or just regular business meetings. With our sensational backdrop of the Sierra Nevada's and our proximity to Lake Tahoe, this venue delivers a truly inspirational environment.

We can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people in our nicely appointed conference room. Presentation aids such as television, DVD Player, VCR, speakerphone and whiteboard are on site in the conference room, along with plug-and-play DSL internet access.

Secretarial and administrative support is also available as needed, along with services such as copying, faxing, laminating, postage center and FedEx, UPS and DHL daily pickup with paid use of the DES accounts. Beverage service is available on site and catering can be arranged.

The conference room can be rented by the hour, the half day, the full day or by the week.  Add on use of our DAY SUITE by the hour, half day, full day or week.
